Quality and acceptance requirements

  • Window frames, laminated acoustic glass and sealing systems are specified in the contract.
  • Exterior and interior noise levels are measured and recorded before installation.
  • The agreed indoor result after installation becomes the project acceptance target.
  • Installation date, site address, warranty and after-sales terms are written into the agreement.

SOUNDPROOFING CONTRACT

  1. Scope and price. The contractor will fabricate and install the agreed soundproof window system according to the confirmed drawings and quotation.
  2. Payment schedule. A 40% fabrication deposit is due upon signing, 30% before delivery, and the remaining 30% after inspection and acceptance.
  3. Specifications. Profiles, glass configuration, hardware, opening method and finish follow the attached project schedule.
  4. Delivery and installation. Production normally takes 15–20 days, followed by local installation. The parties will confirm the installation date and site access arrangements in advance.
  5. Inspection. Product condition, operation, sealing and workmanship will be checked jointly after installation.
  6. Decibel commitment. Pre-installation and post-installation readings will be recorded using the agreed measurement method. The written indoor target is used for acceptance.
  7. Warranty and service. A three-year product warranty applies after installation, with lifetime maintenance support available.
