HK$400 on-site measurement service fee

  • This is a fee for the on-site measurement service, not a deposit.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you may request a refund no later than the day before the scheduled visit.
  • Once the on-site measurement has been completed, the service fee is non-refundable if you do not purchase and place an order with us.
  • If you place a full project order with us after measurement, the HK$400 service fee you have paid can be deducted from that project's payment.

These details are used only to arrange the visit and are saved with the Shopify order.

The HK$400 service includes an on-site visit by our specialist for window measurements, a noise assessment, window recommendations and a formal quotation.
